NAIL DIP POWDER INSTRUCTIONS

Prep your Nails:

To ensure long lasting results we recommend the following nail prep before dipping your nails:

1. Wash hands
2. Shape nails and file down length if desired.
3. Push back cuticles
4. Remove shine from nails using block buffer
5. Brush away dust
6. Cleanse nail plate using alcohol or nail polish remover/acetone

Dipping:

1. Paint a thin coat of Gel BASE onto the nail, a hairline away from the cuticle.

2. Dip into powder. Tap to remove excess. Repeat on all 10 nails and dust off excess.

3. Repeat 1- 2 times.

4. Brush on ACTIVATOR to help dry nails.

5. File and shape nails if needed, smooth off with block buffer.

6. Dust off or wash hands, ensuring nails are completely dry before going on to the next step

7. Apply ACTIVATOR to all 10 nails

8. Important: WIPE nails with a lint free cotton square or tissue.  (If ACTIVATOR is left wet on the nails it could cause your TOP GEL to harden in the bottle.)

9. Apply two thin coats of TOP GEL – See note below

 Enjoy your new nails!

*Do NOT allow Activator to come into direct contact with Top or Base gel. Always wipe to remove residue, otherwise it may set your product in the bottle.

NAIL DIP POWDER REMOVAL:

Ezi nails dip powders are easily removed using acetone.

You will need:

Pure Acetone

Paper towel

Ceramic bowl

Metal bowl (optional)

Method:

  1. Place folded paper towel in the bottom of the ceramic bowl
  2. Pour in a small amount of acetone - less than 1cm deep is plenty. You can also add a few drops of cuticle oil to nourish your cuticles.
  3. Optional: Place a small amount of hot water in the metal bowl and place the ceramic bowl on top. This helps to warm up the acetone, making it work faster.
  4. Soak your nails while rubbing them on the paper towel. After a couple of minutes the product will beging to soften. Continue rubbing until all product is removed - usually approx. 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your nails.
  5. Time for your new colour!
